Reproducible audit assesses galaxy rotation-curve data, suggesting transparency in computational verifications.
This Zenodo deposit contains the final MEON R2 V38 evidence package for a reproducible r0-only Hydro-Envelope audit of galaxy rotation-curve data. The package preserves the full validation chain from the V33 hard-pass result through V34 posthoc stress testing, V35 reproducibility freeze, V36 final report packaging, V37 external verifier packaging, and V38 lambda-replacement audit. The central result is that the V33 winner,2T_GRAD_R0_2+WALL_EDGE_1over6__MASSIVE_LOGISTIC_VOBS_200,passed the declared hard Occam criteria against the locked MOND/RAR baseline. In V38, the originally fitted lambda amplitudes were audited against fixed declared constants. The best declared fixed replacement,lambda_1 = 1/128 and lambda_2 = 1/(64*pi^2),retained essentially the full V33 performance while preserving negative AIC/BIC deltas against the locked MOND baseline and passing the bootstrap retention criteria. The archive includes the final paper PDF, source material, validation manifests, SHA256 checksums, and the reproducibility/evidence ZIPs needed for independent verification. The package is intended as a transparent computational audit artifact: all claims are tied to machine-readable digests, CSV manifests, and verifier outputs rather than narrative-only reporting. This deposit does not claim experimental confirmation of a new fundamental law. It provides a reproducible numerical and statistical evidence bundle for independent review, replication, criticism, and extension.
