This work presents a structural interpretation of quantum localization, suggesting experimental tests for validation.
This work presents a structural interpretation of quantum localization within Rachel Theory (RT), proposing that localization emerges from structural interactions between a dynamic network and a fixed network. The model introduces coherence-dependent behavior and suggests possible experimental tests. An accompanying visual infographic and the simulation code are included as supplementary files.
