BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE: This study aimed to assess how the ischemic core measured by perfusion computed tomography (CTP) was affected by the delay and dispersion effect. CONCLUSIONS: Delay and dispersion correction increases the accuracy of ischemic core measurement on CTP.
