Abstract

目的:重回帰分析の独立変数は連続変数である必要があるが,functional independence measure(FIM)小項目は段階数の少ない順序尺度である.独立変数にFIM小項目を用いた場合と入院時運動FIMおよび認知FIMを用いた場合の予測精度の違いは明らかでない.本研究は,回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院した脳卒中患者を対象に退院時運動FIMを従属変数とした重回帰分析を行い,2つの方法の予測精度の違いを明らかにすることを目的とした.
