Bradshaw, M., Paul, A. & Braun, U. 2026: Taxonomische Ergänzung zu “Global Crop Introduction Drives Host Jumps, Turning Native Pathogens into Emerging Diseases”. Schlechtendalia 43: 15–18. Die Phylogenie und Taxonomie der Mehltaupilze (Erysiphaceae) auf Fragaria spp. (Erdbeeren) und Rubus spp. (Brombeeren und Himbeeren) wurden unlängst durch eine Kombination von Analysen, die Haplotyp-Netzwerke, Phylogenie, „split-tree“ und molekulare Uhr umfassen, untersucht, zum besseren Verständnis dieses komplizierten Komplexes, der früher als eine Art, Podosphaera aphanis, betrachtet wurde. Ursprung, Artbildung und Taxonomie auf Artniveau wurden diskutiert. Neue Taxa wurden jedoch in dieser Publikation nicht formal beschrieben. Das wird hier nachgeholt.
