This paper introduces a feedback-resolution framework extending the Planetary Convexity model of system persistence under constraint. It defines coherence as a function of feedback resolution, signal persistence, and entropy load, and demonstrates that feedback is distributed across biological systems with varying resolution capacities. The model provides a hierarchical structure and generates testable predictions regarding system stability, adaptability, and failure under increasing constraint.
