We present a case of an 89-year-old female with chronic left-sided obstructive uropathy caused by an ingested chicken bone in the sigmoid colon causing extrinsic compression of the left distal ureter diagnosed on computed tomography (CT). The patient presented with recurrent urosepsis and bacteremia related to the urinary obstruction. An IR-guided nephroureteric stent was inserted and successfully resolved the obstruction.
