H/sub ∞/ type problem for sampled-data control systems-a solution via minimum energy characterization

This paper aims at deriving a solution for H/sub /spl infin// type problem for sampled-data control systems. The solution is given in terms of an equivalent discrete-time H/sub /spl infin// problem.
