Abstract

First study of B7-H3, TROP2, CLDN6, and DLL3 in mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma. B7-H3 and TROP2 are expressed in all mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma. CLDN6 expression is frequent in mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma. DLL3 expression was rare and generally low in mesonephric-like adenocarcinoma. Findings support exploration of antibody drug conjugate therapies in these tumors.
