Demonstrates improved orbital prediction accuracy in high-eccentricity debris, highlighting enhanced modeling techniques.
LSP-Orbital v4.3 introduces time-stratified training (three separate models for dt<=20, 30-60, and 90-120 min) and 6 high-eccentricity debris features (e^2, e^3, sin/cos(omega), e*sin(omega+M), rho_peri*e^2). Key results: 58.8% mean error reduction over pure Keplerian propagation. Iridium NEXT at dt=90 min: 29.65 km to 0.83 km (-97.2%). R2 (tangential) increased from 0.33 (v4.1) to 0.668 (SHORT layer). Central theorem: Lo-Shu row-imbalance (R1-R2) predicts orbital perturbation direction across all orbit families and timescales. Full training data (1904 samples, 29-dim features) and all model coefficients included. PDF generated with fpdf2, ASCII-safe, no encoding issues. Supersedes v4.1 (10.5281/zenodo.20080799).
