Abstract

Abstract Syphilis rates are increasing, but testing frequency is often inadequate. We examined syphilis screening among people living with HIV in British Columbia between 2015-2019. Testing increased significantly during this time and was largely linked to routine HIV viral load monitoring. Frequent testing was associated with MSM, Vancouver residence, and HIV-focused care.
