This preprint proposes a topological protection mechanism for hybrid quantum systems using orbital angular momentum (OAM) eigenmodes in unmagnetized dusty plasmas. Building directly on the Spyder v2 teleportation routing architecture and the Matter–Light–Buffer Trinity, we introduce an active plasma-buffered “Lock and Key” layer that selectively couples signals with matching topological charge while suppressing phonon-induced noise and mismatched modes.
