This scientific article explores the evolutionary development stages of teaching based on artificial intelligence technologies in language education and analyzes their transformational characteristics in modern pedagogical systems. The study examines the historical progression of AI-assisted language teaching from early computer-assisted learning models to intelligent adaptive platforms and generative AI technologies. Particular attention is devoted to the influence of artificial intelligence on teaching methodologies, learner autonomy, assessment systems, and educational personalization. The research also highlights the advantages, challenges, and future prospects of AI integration in language learning environments. The findings demonstrate that artificial intelligence technologies significantly contribute to improving language acquisition efficiency, interactive communication, and digital pedagogical innovation.
