Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 대학 졸업자의 AI 준비도, 디지털 활용 수준, 소프트스킬 보유도에 따른 잠재 집단을 분류하고, 집단 간 일자리만족도와 행복도의 차이를 분석하는 데 있다. 한국교육고용패널 조사(Korea Employment Education Panel: KEEP)Ⅱ 8차년도(2024) 학생 패널 데이터를 활용하여 잠재프로파일 분석과 BCH 방법으로 분석한 결과 첫째, 디지털활용 고수준-AI 준비도 중간수준-소프트스킬 저수준 집단, AI 준비도·디지털 활용 고수준-소프트스킬 저수준 집단, 소프트스킬 고수준-AI 준비도·디지털활용 저수준 집단, AI 준비도 고수준-소프트스킬 중간수준-디지털활용 저수준 집단의 4개 집단이 도출되었다. 둘째, 일자리만족도는 AI 준비도·디지털 활용 고수준-소프트스킬 저수준 집단이 가장 높았고, 디지털활용 고수준-AI 준비도 중간수준-소프트스킬 저수준 집단이 가장 낮게 나타났다. 셋째, 행복도는 AI 준비도 고수준-소프트스킬 중간수준-디지털활용 저수준 집단이 가장 높았고, 소프트스킬 고수준, AI 준비도·디지털활용 저수준 집단이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 대학 졸업자의 역량 구조를 다차원적으로 분석하고, 잠재집단별 특성에 기반한 맞춤형 교육 및 인적자원개발 전략 수립을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 의의를 가진다.
