Cyberloafing is the use of mobile and internet technology for personal use during business hours. There are many factors that influence cyberloafing behavior in the workplace including Big Five Personality Trait, Self-Control, and Demographic Factors. This study aims to test the influence of Big Five Personality Trait personality variables (Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism), self-control and demographic factors (gender and age) on cyberloafing. The samples are 206 employees of PT. Bank X with nonprobability sampling techniques. Construct validity is tested using confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) and the data analysis is tested using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there were significant influences of big five personality (Openness to experience, Conscientiousness, Extraversion, Agreeableness and Neuroticism), self-control and demographic factors to cyberloafing. The proportion of variants contributed by all independent variables to dependent variables was 21.1%; while 78.9% was influenced by other variables outside the study. Variables that have a significant influence on cyberloafing are extraversion, neuroticism, and age.
