Research explores minimal surfaces using the Frenet-like curve approach, revealing differential characterizations.
This research article presents minimal surfaces in the Euclidean 3−space according to the Frenet‐like curve frame (Flc‐frame). The proposed methodology involves studying the necessary and sufficient conditions for a surface M ( s , t ) to be a minimal surface according to the Flc‐frame. Using this approach, the authors derive various characterizations of these surfaces and introduce special cases of such surfaces by solving a system of differential equations.
