This document presents a structural reformulation of the foundational principles of physics, mathematics, and topology based on a central thesis: perfect homogeneity can only be sustained in the infinite, while every finite form necessarily implies heterogeneity. Through an analysis of concepts such as number, form, structure, and change, it develops a cosmology in which the universe requires neither an origin nor an external cause: its constant transformation results directly from its own finite structure. The text proposes a theoretical framework based on harmonic networks, accumulated torsion, and essential vibration, articulating a unifying principle: the eternal change of the finite. This principle is explored from multiple perspectives, arithmetic, topological, and cosmological, to demonstrate how finitude can be self-sufficient, dynamic, and eternal without appealing to external infinite constructs.
