This framework introduces an Ethical Equality Model to improve cooperation and participation in competitive systems.
This paper introduces The Universal Ethical Performance Framework, a paradigm shift in competitive theory that transitions from "War Models" to an Ethical Equality Model of Interdependent Cooperation. Central to this framework is the All-Day All-Team (ADAT) Theory, a non-elimination methodology that ensures continuous participation and cumulative merit-based assessment. By replacing sequential exclusion with Collective Endurance, the framework guarantees that all participants remain active within the ecosystem, fostering a "Festival Effect" rather than the trauma of eviction. The research further expands into the Ascending Cohort Model (ACM), applying these principles to socio-structural and media dynamics through incremental expansion and sustained presence. Mathematically grounded in the Egalitarian Ethical Non-Zero-Sum Principle and the Dynamic Gap Index (Δ G), the framework provides a rigorous yet flexible approach to performance evaluation. Ultimately, these models are integrated into the broader discipline of Consciousethics, establishing a foundational Social Contract based on reciprocal respect, intellectual integrity, and the recognition of existential dignity. This framework serves as a theoretical and operational blueprint for a future where competition catalyzes collaborative growth rather than systemic exclusion.
