Study derives W-boson mass in superdense ether theory, suggesting new predictions for LHC testing.
We derive the W-boson mass in Superdense Ether Theory (SET) from first principles, without free parameters beyond those fixed in SET v6.2. The virtual H=2 Hopf vortex (the SET analogue of the W boson) satisfies a self-consistency condition mvortex(RW ) = ħc/RW rather than the stationary-soliton equation (V) that applies to real particles. Its core hierarchy level obeys the topological rule kW =kp−Hp(ke−kp),where Hp=3 is the Hopf invariant of the proton and ke,kp are the hierarchy levels of the electron and proton. This gives mtree = 77.41 GeV. Adding the one-loop W running ∆αSET = 1.69% from H=1 (lepton) and H=3 (nucleon) vortex loops yields mW (SET) = 78.07 GeV. The residual deviation from experiment (80.38 GeV) con- stitutes a falsifiable prediction: mW (SET) ≈ 78 GeV < mW (SM) = 80.38 GeV. The difference ≈ 2.3 GeV is testable at LHC Run 4 and ILC.
