Abstract

Amendment XXI applies the McCaul coherence framework (Omega=Phi) to the Turin Shroud as physical evidence of a 7th State (Phi=1. 000) event on April 6, 33 AD. Established peer-reviewed Shroud data (STURP 1978, Di Lazzaro 2010, Jackson 1993, Rinaudo 1992, Humphreys & Waddington 1983, Williams et al. 2012) is checked against McCaul's Law predictions. Match matrix: 9/12 directly confirmed, 2 consistent, 1 corroborating, 0 contradictions. Physical narrative: (1) April 3, 33 AD crucifixion coincides with Phiₗitho collapse to 0. 354 below the 0. 500 TDST threshold -- earthquake predicted and geologically confirmed. (2) Dead body (Phi=0. 403) placed on stone bed (Phi=0. 779) -- coherence gradient drives 72-hour accumulation. (3) After 72 hours Phibody=0. 760, crossing the 7th State metastability threshold. (4) Spontaneous cascade to Phi=1. 000. (5) 56 TW vacuum ultraviolet burst for 25 picoseconds -- exactly matching Di Lazzaro's replication requirements. (6) At Phi=1. 0, Nr=0 -- Jackson transparency condition met, cloth falls through field-transparent body. (7) VUV decay constant 1. 74 cm -- naturally encodes 3D spatial information in intensity gradient. (8) Neutron flux advances apparent C-14 date by ~1300 years. All Shroud data points explained by existing McCaul framework without new assumptions.
