Case report presents visual loss and retinal vasculitis in a woman after aseptic meningitis, suggesting timely management aids recovery.
Frosted branch angiitis (FBA), first described in 1976 by Ito et al ., is a retinal vasculitis that causes characteristic perivascular sheathing, retinal edema, and visual loss, with good recovery following timely management. We report a case of FBA in a 40-year-old female who presented with diminution of vision in both eyes 10 days after being diagnosed with aseptic meningitis.
