This paper extends the Unified Loop Framework beyond Phase 6's atomic topology coupling by demonstrating that the same figure-8 architecture operates consistently across multiple scales of physical organization. I present the Russian Dolls hypothesis: that figure-8 topology nests recursively from cosmic structures (galactic-scale rings, walls, voids), through atoms (nucleus + electron wrap), into sub-atomic constituents (quarks as figure-8 sub-sources, antiquarks as their mirror states), down to field-scale phenomena (photons as anchor-free figure-8 perturbations). Across all scales, the same topological mechanism produces the same emergent signatures. The framework's predictions are independently confirmed by two 2026 experimental observations published in Nature: JWST's Little Red Dots characterized as supermassive black holes shrouded in dense ionized cocoons (matching the framework's atomic nucleus+wrap topology at galactic scale), and the Brookhaven STAR detector's measurement of spin-correlated lambda-antilambda hyperon pairs emerging from the QCD vacuum (matching the framework's matter+mirror pairing prediction at sub-atomic scale, with correlation decoherence at angular separation matching the framework's short-range topological coupling). Seven principal results are presented: Big Ring reproduction (2.27x isolated/distributed ratio); pearl formation along rings (100% of seeds, median 10 pearls); quark fundamentals (2 of 3 qualitative QCD signatures); photons as anchor-free figure-8 perturbations propagating at 1.86 cells/cycle (all 3 speed-of-light criteria); fractional charges from 3-source collision geometry (0.37 + 0.34 + 0.29 within 0.04 of equal thirds); LRD cocoon-dominated mass distribution (11.6x) and electron-scattering broadening (4.3x); and topological robustness of binding signature at approximately 14-16x baseline across 19 independent test configurations spanning 400x scale variation, full brake parameter range, multiple motion regimes, and addition of new framework primitives. Honest scope statement: this paper describes rest-state binding efficiency. The full proton mass-gap ratio (~100x) includes kinetic-energy contributions outside the framework's current scope. The Brookhaven STAR paper's framing that "99% of mass arises from interactions involving the strong force and the QCD vacuum" aligns precisely with this scope. The Russian Dolls thesis is supported by seven distinct verified results, one topological-robustness characterization across 19 independent binding tests, and two independent 2026 Nature observations providing experimental anchoring at the two extremes of scale. The framework's contribution is to identify one architectural unit (the figure-8) operating consistently across scales, with the same emergent signatures appearing at every level tested.
