This work presents a framework for understanding biological organization from non-equilibrium chemistry, highlighting significant implications for biology.
This work presents UIEv2, a three-phase dynamical framework for the emergence of biological organization from non-equilibrium chemistry under geophysical environmental coupling. The framework combines non-Markovian open-system dynamics, reaction-diffusion organization, stochastic renormalization-group analysis, autocatalytic network sparsification, and organizational compression dynamics. The manuscript develops analytical derivations together with numerical simulations addressing path-dependent structural divergence, robustness selection under 1/f environmental fluctuations, recurrent organizational closure, structural complexity ceilings, and the transition toward digital sequence encoding.
