A young female presented with eye pain, redness, and loss of vision in her left eye. Examination revealed no light perception, a nasal sentinel vessel, and neovascular glaucoma. MRI orbit revealed a nasal cilio-choroidal mass, and tumor was suspected. Enucleation was performed. Histopathology revealed caseating granuloma. There was a childhood history of tuberculosis but no systemic evidence of the disease. Anti-tubercular therapy was initiated. Cilio-choroidal tuberculoma can closely mimic tumor. The finding of a sentinel vessel which is often associated with uveal melanoma has not been previously described in uveal tuberculoma.
