Clinicopathologic and Genomic Analysis of TP53 -Mutated Endometrial Carcinomas

Although overall survival was similar across histologic types, serous carcinomas presented more frequently at stage IV, had more persistent and/or recurrent disease, and reduced disease-free survival.
