Abstract

本研究では,現在流通する建設工事用の安全ネットを対象とし,安全ネットの固定点数を変えて落下試験を実施し,新品の安全ネットを用いた場合における墜落の危険を防止するために必要な固定点数について検討を行った.本研究では,一般的な基準とされる8点固定(5m×5mの場合)と,主に大手ゼネコンで採用されている20点固定の2種類の方法によって設置された安全ネットが,人体の体重などを想定した落下物を受け止めた時の破損状況を計測した.その結果,仮設工業会の性能試験時に採用されるネット中央への落下ではなく,ネット端部への落下の場合では,8点固定において,いずれも網目が大きく破損し中破ないし大破した.一方,20点固定の場合,ネット網目が全マス通しの構造である安全ネットの損傷は軽微な損傷にとどまり,墜落の危険を防止する措置となりうる可能性が高いことがわかった.
