This work extends the Harmonic Triad framework by introducing a principle of coherent persistence based on harmonic interference and dynamical non-cancellation. Physical existence is interpreted as the survival of stable coherent structures emerging from a primordial harmonic spectrum generated by a single fundamental frequency. The paper proposes that the harmonic triad represents the first stable coherent residue of the primordial field, while Fibonacci-type harmonic organizations enhance long-term persistence by minimizing destructive recurrence. Within this framework, the golden ratio naturally emerges as a limiting parameter associated with maximal persistence and reduced resonance synchronization. The model further connects residual vacuum modes, emergent geometry, dark sectors, and cosmological structures within a unified interference-based formalism. Geometry is interpreted as an emergent consequence of harmonic synchronization correlations, while dark matter and dark energy are associated with different coherence regimes of the residual vacuum field. The framework also explores toy models of residual cancellation, effective vacuum potentials, quasicrystalline emergent geometries, and persistence functionals governing coherent stability. Possible implications include discrete mass spectra, non-Gaussian cosmological residuals, vacuum fluctuation structures, and synchronization-driven phase transitions.
