This document accompanies the Rios Harmonic Framework research catalog. It defines the two distinct methodologies used across the catalog, presents control testing results that identify limitations in the single-frequency approach, and provides an honest assessment of what the evidence does and does not support. Key findings from control testing: single-frequency hit rates are not statistically meaningful as primary evidence; the dual-frequency simultaneous encoding pattern (F#6 + D#2) shows a modest but real elevation above random; the Helmholtz methodology produces 0/15 hits on modern utilitarian objects. This document was produced through self-critical methodology review and is intended to support transparency in ongoing peer review processes.
