Key Points

  • The study aims to develop a novel nanozyme for efficient H2O2 detection using machine learning methods.
  • Engineered Pt-anchored WTe2 nanozyme with peroxidase-like activity.
  • Utilized spectrophotometry for colorimetric detection of H2O2.
  • Applied machine learning to analyze smartphone-based colorimetric images.
  • Achieved a high correlation coefficient (R2 = 0.958) for colorimetric detection.
  • Enabled H2O2 detection without laboratory instruments.
  • Demonstrated practical applications for point-of-care testing.

Abstract

Novel Pt-anchored WTe 2 nanozyme with excellent peroxidase-like activity enables H 2 O 2 colorimetric detection via spectrophotometry and RF-empowered POC using smartphone-based colorimetric images ( R 2 = 0.958), eliminating laboratory instruments.
