These robots with artificial limbs perform complex surgical operations with a high level of accuracy while reducing the risks of common infection in the field of surgeries, They are called surgical robots, and this comes from the ability to perform these operations without the need to follow the traditional procedures followed in regular surgery. Technology has also produced other types of more accurate robots called nanorobots that are injected into the human body through blood or by swallowing them to perform many surgical tasks. Although legal jurisprudence agrees on the legality of performing surgical operations using artificial intelligence technologies, we see on the other hand Islamic jurisprudence and its difference in the permissibility of treatment in general, and this is connect with achieving the objectives of Sharia.
