This research dealt with the contract of sheltering pets, which is considered one of the contracts produced by the practical reality, where the acquisition of pets has become a new phenomenon required by the modern lifestyle, as it has witnessed a wide spread in recent years in the province of Duhok, the owner of the animal may be travel or to be preoccupied with any other matter to shelter his animal for a certain period at a center specialized in shelter and the latter shelter this pet and care and maintain and provide a range of diverse services for this animal for a certain period agreed upon by the two parties In return for a wage and thus concludes a contract between the two parties have a set of obligations must be adhered to or not the contractual responsibility raise for the breach of that obligations the research dealt with the content of this contract in terms of the statement of what it is and its provisions in light of the general rules and legislation in Kurdistan Iraq and comparative laws through two section dealt with in the first section what a pet contract and in the second section we dealt with the provisions of the contract of accommodation for pets.
