Background Organizational support is vital to maintain the well-being of staff nurses. Aim To assess organizational support as perceived by staff nurses and its relation to their physical and psychological well-being. Study design A descriptive correlational research design was utilized. Sample Convenience sample of 176 staff nurses. Setting Al-Manial Al Kibli hospital. Tools Three tools were used: Personal characteristics and work-related data sheet, Organizational support questionnaire, and Physical and psychological well-being questionnaire. Results Overall, 82.4% of staff nurses were female, 64,4% had a nursing diploma, and 70.90 and 79.11% highly perceived organizational support and physical and psychological well-being, a statistically significant positive correlation between organizational support and physical and psychological well-being, (r=0.16, P =0.03). Conclusion Staff nurses perceived high organizational support and physical and psychological well-being, and a statistically significant positive correlation between organizational support and physical and psychological well-being. Recommendation Organizations should provide support for staff nurses via implementing framework that satisfy their needs.
