Enrichment yields 176, 164, 97 significant terms respectively. KEY FINDING: Fiedler top-1% reveals two structurally distinct families sharing extreme two-module topology: (1) TCR variable regions (n=44, TRAV/TRBV/TRGV) — Ig V-domain beta-sheet sandwich — yielding GO: CC T cell receptor complex p=6. 4e-52, adaptive immune response p=1. 9e-26; (2) Metallothionein family (n=13) — alpha/beta cluster architecture — REAC Metallothioneins bind metals p=1. 1e-16. MTRNR2L/Humanin-like peptides (n=18) form a third structural group. Allosteric group dominated by metal-stress pathways (p<4e-18). Borderline group pinpoints zinc homeostasis/DYNLL1/CYCS/TXN. Conclusion: Markov-Fiedler spectral gap is a validated structural symmetry detector, not an artifact.
