This article introduces the Transcomplex Architecture of Systemic Coherence (TASC), a metatheoretical framework for understanding how human systems sustain meaning amidst complexity and fragmentation. TASC defines coherence not as functional alignment, but as a metastable relational capacity that integrates cognitive, emotive, intuitive, and operative dimensions. Grounded in transdisciplinarity and connectivity, the framework formalizes coherence as a recursive weaving of systemic integrity. Ultimately, TASC posits that achieving coherence leads to ontological sovereignty, enabling individuals and institutions to maintain purpose and governance within turbulent environments.
