Two-dimensional spin-1/2 antiferromagnetic Heisenberg model on a triangular lattice is investigated by a mean field theory. The spin is expressed by Schwinger bosons, and order parameters corresponding to the resonating valence bond (RVB) state is retained. Due to the frustration built in the model, the ground state of this model has not been clarified. In the present method the lowest energy solution has a long range order at T =0, which corresponds to the classical 120° structure. Other self-consistent solutions, including that which has no long range order, are also found. Properties of these solutions are examined.
