Heritage Impact Assessment including basic recording of structures within the site - photographic and descriptive records and site plan. The former site of the Peak Forest Tramway (MDR9592) is partially within the site. The trackway was lifted in the 1920s. However, parts of the tramway exist as buried remains. The buildings within the site have three phases of construction. The earliest remnants relate to the Peak Forest Tramway and are the fragmentary remains of a retaining wall. The four buildings on the site all date to the mid to late 20th century and relate to the use as a depot and joiners' shop.
