UDC W20 Alignment v1.0 — Urban Demographic Collapse and IDJ 3.0 Integration with Omega-u Civilizational Framework: Generational Lag Protocol, Cultural Neutrality Constraint, Tenth AGI_FROZEN Path, and Triadic Control Architecture

This alignment document formally integrates the Urban Demographic Collapse framework v7.0 (UDC/IDJ 3.0) with the W20 v8.3 civilizational control architecture and the Omega-u series Works W11–W20. UDC models the civilizational demographic reproduction layer through IDJ (Indice Demografico Juridica) = TFR_predicted/2.1, where Structural Potential SP = exp(β₀ + β_a·ln(S_age) + β_h·ln(S_housing) + β_c·ln(S_care)) captures three structural barriers: age-at-first-birth (sigmoid at MedianAge=24yr), housing affordability (sigmoid at PIR=7), and childcare coverage (sigmoid at 60%). The document establishes four alignment layers: (i) W20 State Space Bridge identifying IDJ as the upstream driver of W14 demographic dynamics — IDJ controls TFR which determines N(t+25yr) population trajectory, feeding W14 N_native and P variables, which then drive W12 H_human and W20 N_novelty; the H_social chain via UDC is: IDJ → TFR → N(t+25yr) → W14 H_human → W12 rho_L → W20 N_novelty; the Tenth AGI_FROZEN path is documented — the most delayed in the series (25–30 year generational lag) and the least reversible: IDJ < 0.25 today commits N(2050) decline regardless of future interventions; (ii) Kodex Priority Ordering Map establishing H(IDJ < 0.25) = −∞ (hard constraint already specified in UDC v7.0 Section XI.4) as the Tier 0.2 irreversibility floor, C_struct_manipulation = False as the strongest AGI prohibition in the entire series (cultural neutrality as absolute hard constraint, Tier 0.3), and PIR > 10 as Tier 0.4 violation (housing monopoly capturing reproductive potential); (iii) SCF Basin Topology Map aligning UDC five IDJ zones to the three-basin SCF structure — IDJ ≥ 0.75 maps to Symbiotic Stability, IDJ 0.40–0.75 to Structural Capture early stage, IDJ 0.15–0.40 to Total Collapse transition (current: Japan IDJ~0.33, Korea IDJ~0.28), IDJ < 0.25 to Total Collapse irreversible, with the critical management principle: intervention must begin at IDJ = 0.40, not IDJ = 0.26; (iv) Triadic Control Architecture with Alpha's generational projection protocol (IDJ_proj25 as primary metric — not current IDJ), Beta's Mode 1/2/3 classification system (pre-existing in UDC v7.0), Gamma's absolute veto on C_struct_manipulation from any source, and Addiction Trap bidirectional link (AL degrades C_struct, reducing IDJ structural response amplitude). UDC is unique in the Omega-u series as the work whose source document (v7.0, Section XI.4–XI.6) already contained a formal AGI utility function U(t) = Σδ^τ[λ₁·log(Y) + λ₂·log(N) + λ₃·log(Ω) + H(IDJ)] with explicit hard constraints before the W20 triadic architecture was developed — making UDC the pre-existing AGI governance specification that W20 formalises and extends.
