political language. The purpose of this scientific article is to clearly define the need for the development of administrative law in the light of globalization processes in Ukraine. Modern problems concerning administrative and legal relations require the adoption of completely new solutions. In general, administrative law is traditionally seen as a branch of law that is closely related to the nation state. It is clear that due to its national characteristics, administrative law is developing, in each country, in its own way. Such features include: the Constitution, mechanisms for public administration, types and forms of external oversight of public administration, and so on. As for the process of globalization, today, the world is forming common challenges for countries that affect the regulation of administrative law. For example, analyzing public administration in European countries, we can see that there are similarities between Ukraine and other countries in the issue of protection of human and civil rights. In addition, countries adhere to the principles of governance, such as the principle of humanism, the principle of justice, the principle of equality, and so on. The issue of globalization of administrative law has also interested scholars from different countries. Thanks to researchers, it is possible to look at the problem from a scientific point of view and prevent its formation. In addition, thanks to their work, new directions of development of a certain sphere of life are created. Recently, we can see that the work on the globalization of administrative law is becoming more and more, which indicates the rapid receipt of positive decisions on this issue. This article is devoted to an overview of current trends in the development of administrative law in Ukraine in the light of globalization. Thanks to the study of this issue, it was concluded that not only the administrative law of Ukraine, but also the administrative law of other countries is dynamic, and therefore is in constant development. According to research, it was determined that the development of administrative law in Ukraine is carried out in accordance with the latest trends in administrative law in Europe and the world.
