Businesses are implementing marketing methods to appeal to eco-conscious consumers in the wake of growing environmental concerns. With an emphasis on consumer tastes, buying patterns, and brand expectations, this research investigates how Gen Z and Millennials have influenced the development of sustainable marketing tactics. A systematic survey was used to gather primary data from a variety of demographic groups. To determine the main factors impacting purchasing decisions, the gathered data was examined using factor analysis, regression analysis, and descriptive statistics. The results show that digital engagement, authenticity, and openness are important factors in determining marketing tactics. The survey also shows that although Millennials prioritise long-term sustainability commitments, Gen Z is more motivated by social media impact and brand ethics. The findings give marketers practical advice on how to successfully customise their sustainability-focused campaigns. The report also highlights the risks of making false promises and emphasises the importance of customer trust in establishing brand loyalty.
