Correlations Between Recall of Shokuiku in Elementary and Junior High School and Current ‘Knowledge and Skills,’ ‘Abilities to Think, Make Judgements, and Express oneself,’ and ‘Motivation to Learn and Humanity’ Related to ‘the Viewpoints of Shokuiku’ among Female University Students
The aim is to clarify the relationship between food education recall in elementary and junior high school and current knowledge, skills, and motivation in university students.
Analyzed correlations based on living conditions.
