Transformation management defines a new organizational model, addressing crises in modern systems and promoting regeneration.
Abstract (English) The global polycrisis is understood as a symptom of an ontological misconfiguration in modern organizational models. Classical, dualistically designed organizations fail under 21st‑century conditions because they operate only on the level of concrete systems (S), without transforming the underlying causal structure (K) or the planetary meta‑condition of origin (U). Transformation‑Management defines a new organizational‑ontological system class in which organizations are described as triadically coupled resonance systems between the individual (I), the organization (O), and the ecosystem (E). Transformation is not a project but a permanent emergent state arising from the design of state spaces and resonance relations, marking the shift from administered destruction to shaped regeneration.
