These three layers jointly point to an "I" not present within 12DD — an entity capable of holding multiple predictions, choosing among them, choosing "non-execution." Negation operates within the twelve-layer transcendental foundation, and the only self-consistent direction is self-awareness — the emergence of an entity capable of "seeing itself predicting, seeing itself remembering, seeing itself facing its own finitude." The law of self-awareness is the construct of 13DD. Awareness of death is the direct structural consequence of 13DD (the self seeing its predictions contain "I will die" and being able to keep distance), not the bridge from 8D to 9D as V1 held. 13DD's remainder is "self-awareness sees everything but does not know why to act," which leads to the 14DD law of meaning — constructing reasons for finite action. The 14DD law of meaning's completion produces a new remainder: the other as meaning-conferring subject cannot be constructed from my own meaning-conferral. This non-constructibility leads to 15DD law of unilateral non dubito (I recognise the other as not constructible by me, unilaterally established) and 16DD law of bilateral non dubito (two subjects mutually recognising each other, dually established). Kant's Ding an sich receives precise repositioning within the framework: not "what cannot be known," but the non-constructibility of the other's subjectivity at 16DD. A central conceptual deepening: the inaccessibility of the Ding an sich is perspective-dependent, not absolute. From the individual subject's perspective, the other's subjectivity is non-constructible (Kant's insight fully preserved at this layer). From the group-level perspective, multi-subject relations are amenable to study (sociology, anthropology, complex systems science, the Interstellar Civilization thought experiment). Each level has its own Ding an sich; the higher level studies the lower level's Ding an sich as phenomenon, while having its own new Ding an sich.
