Precast construction has increasingly become the preferred choice in modern infrastructure due to its advantages in quality control, rapid execution, and sustainability. Despite these benefits, ensuring consistent quality across the production, transportation, erection, and post-construction stages remains a significant challenge. This study undertakes a stage-wise evaluation of quality performance in precast construction, illustrated through the case study. The literature review highlights the progression of quality management practices, evolving from manual inspection methods to the adoption of digital technologies such as Building Information Modeling (BIM), Internet of Things (IoT), and digital twins. Results indicate that factory-controlled production delivers uniformity and reliability, while transitional phases are more prone to defects. The incorporation of advanced monitoring and digital tools markedly enhances durability, safety, and overall lifecycle efficiency of precast structures.
