The article deals with the problem of countering cybercrimes in the economic sphere, which pose a serious threat to society and business. Based on the analysis of existing regulatory documents regulating the suppression of offenses in the information environment, statistical data on various types of cybercrimes, such as phishing and cyber attacks on financial institutions, recommendations are given on combating cybercrimes, and the need for Russia to develop its own Cybersecurity Concept is noted.
