This study evaluates postoperative anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) kinesthetic rehabilitation in soccer players, focusing on the early and return-to-sport phases. The results indicate high adherence to passive and active exercises to improve range of motion, but with limitations in full knee extension, achieved by only 19% of the players. Quadriceps activation also presented difficulties, with only 44% showing an adequate response. In the advanced phase, greater adherence to muscle strengthening and walking exercises was observed, although proprioception was insufficient, with only 13% of the players performing them. In the return-to-sport phase, 100% of the players showed a progressive increase in running and biometric exercises were performed, suggesting successful rehabilitation for return to sport. However, adjustments are required in key areas such as muscle strengthening and proprioception to optimize recovery.
