This study investigates the influence of climatic conditions, pruning intensity, and combined phytosanitary treatments on the yield and grape quality of Fetească Albă cultivar cultivated in the Dealurile Bihariei viticultural area, during the 2021–2022 growing seasons. Through the study, two pruning variants (18 and 20 buds per vine) were compared to assess their effects on productivity and grape composition. Preventive and curative treatments were applied based on phenological stages and warning bulletins. The results showed that the 20-bud pruning increased yield by approximately 20–25% compared to the 18-bud pruning, but was associated with slightly lower sugar content and increased disease susceptibility under humid conditions. Combined phytosanitary programs ensured better disease control and more consistent grape quality than curative applications alone. The findings emphasize the importance of adaptive vineyard management integrating pruning strategy, climate monitoring, and balanced phytosanitary protection to sustain high productivity and quality under variable environmental conditions.
