Demonstrates a novel therapeutic platform for targeted cancer therapy using MOF and ZnO.
EDAX), elemental analysis, and Ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectroscopy. This study demonstrates a novel therapeutic platform based on phthalocyanine-integrated metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) and ZnO nanoparticles for targeted and efficient cancer therapy. MTT assay results demonstrated a dose-dependent reduction in cell viability following MOF P/ZnO treatment. Flow cytometry analysis of apoptosis revealed a marked increase in early and late apoptotic cells. Moreover, ROS levels were significantly elevated in treated cells.
