Modern science is trapped in fragmentation and reductionism. This paper presents the fully enhanced PFUS universal meta-system, strictly distinguishing Double-Cone Ontology (ultimate reality) and Pythagorean Frustum Model (observable calculation framework). It integrates Unit1, Background-1, β₁ field, pendulum ions, explicit–implicit sevenfold logic, primordial perturbation, hierarchical timing, and steady-state judgment. Two core axioms are established: the universal cosmos has no first cause; the four-dimensional cosmos takes perturbation as its de facto first cause. This system downwardly compatible with physics, cosmology, AI, life, and society, forming a logically closed ultimate meta-system.
