CoreMind demonstrates a distributed cognitive architecture enabling real-time orchestration of AI agents, suggesting new workflows for human-machine interaction.
This paper presents CoreMind, a distributed cognitive architecture that enables a single human operator to orchestrate multiple AI agents through a real-time synchronized shared knowledge base. Unlike conventional approaches that treat AI as a stateless tool, CoreMind treats AI agents as persistent cognitive nodes with defined execution domains. The system is implemented without vendor lock-in, operating entirely on the operator's own infrastructure, and manifests the principle of cognitive sovereignty which we call Nirvaya Atmapratistha. Importantly, CoreMind was not designed from theory — it was recognized in practice. The architecture emerged from a working deployment, formalized only after the pattern became undeniable.
