Single-Cell Mass Spectrometry In article number 2310700, Wenhui Wang and co-workers proposed a one-step sample preparation strategy by leveraging label-free microfluidic impedance flow cytometry to solve the problem of simultaneous sorting and desalting of single cells. This strategy enables to flow mixed cell samples into the microfluidic chip, and then collect the target cell samples with desired size and electrical properties from the outlet for direct single cell mass spectrometry analysis.
